Chapter 6: LEO

(24th July to 23rd August)

Poor Leo. You’ve really been hiding your light under the bushel these past few months. An issue related to your health or your job at the beginning of the year has really been placing a strain not only on your income but on your state of mind as well. Perhaps a source of money that you rely on has now dried up, perhaps you’re no longer getting those benefit payments you count on, or perhaps your employer has reduced your paycheck somehow. Either way, it’s not exactly the stuff to make you smile.

Well cheer up Leo because I have good news! A bright and cheerful new moon is suggesting that this month there may be a good opportunity coming your way in regard to a loan or mortgage you may have been seeking. Wherever the money comes from, it is either going to be borrowed or gifted; it’s unlikely to be money you have earned yourself. Also realize that I’m not encouraging you to go out and spend all your spare cash on a lottery ticket or go gambling in a casino. This month, it’s more about finding opportunities, not amazing good luck, and it’s probably going to take all your persuasive powers to win over that bank manager or investor too.

Instead, the good luck for you is coming in a very different form indeed: long distance travel! Is there someone you’ve been meaning to go and visit but have never been able to find either the time or the spare cash? Well from now until June, the stars are suggesting that if you can find the way (and it doesn’t have to be 5* hotels now does it?) you’ll have a really enriching and rewarding time. If you also happen to be the spiritual or religious type, then perhaps you should set aside a few days to visit historic temples or ancient monasteries too? Discovering new countries and different cultures is exciting at the best of times but, for you right now, it may just be transformational.
